An entry is near.. Watch out this space!
| You Communicate With Your Ears |
You love conversations, both as a listener and a talker. What people say is important to you, and you're often most affected by words, not actions. You love to hear complements from others. And when you're upset, you often talk to yourself. Music is very important to you. It's difficult to find you without your iPod. |

There is always a black bean in a bowl of delicious rice, in the end becomes Black Bean Rice!
I realised that I can't post an entry of my field camp experience due to the fact that i might be leaking out classified information about SAF Training.... So IF you wanna know about it, MAYBE i will share it personally with u... BMT stuff and all.. hehehe.. Wonderful experience in BMT...
As some of u may know ald, I am currently on course in SAF School of Ammunition, or SAF AMMO COMD, in Rifle Range Camp, training to be Supply Assist in Ammunition. Sounds nice? Neh.. Simpily put it, STOREMAN! ARGGG! Boring, but no choice, i must be more optimistic.. I didn't manage to nail down audition for SAF Military band due to the fact that my shoulder's problem. They required the performers to actually carry a much heavier than norm snare drum and march for 1 hour, which they threw the idea of getting me.. Hai.. MDC, music and drama company, Sound tech also due to my shoulder.. Maybe my drums skills ain't that good, they didn't take for that too..
Well, just a short update after work. Yepz.. Its a stay out camp. Luckily its pretty near my house so i have no complain. This course will last for 3 weeks and we'll be posted out again. Hopefully, i'll be posted to another vocation thats near my house again....
Just when i thought I had received a delicious bowl of rice, each grain tastes wonderful, yet i found a black bean in that rice, thus making it BLACK BEAN RICE. (Hei Dou Fan in mandrine). Guess what do i mean by that...
Short update will be always short. Thats it. No more..

Understanding the Impossible...
Interpretating the world, wondering what makes a whole. Behaviour of each humankind, Research findings on the line.
What causes human to feel knowing what is fake and real? The things we perceived everyday. Is there an unbias way?
Have you ever wonder? Everything is here without a reason. But soon human is here after seasons, They placed everything for a purpose.
We still ought to find a balance, The balance in life.. A leap of faith to hold on to and a way to stay alive..
What is Life you may wonder. Life is such a mystery. It is so hard to define Spiritually confined.
I'll update a proper entry when I feel not so lazy anymore. I promise... All about army and field camps! =)

Transition from a civilian to a military personel
Once again, I am back everybody.
Seriously I have tons and tons of things to blog about, but I am too lazy to do so.
2 weeks of training for the adjustment period, i got used of the life there. How about I bring you on a journey through my 2 weeks of confinement, a summarized version of what happen in the wonderful Pulau Tekong?
After our oath taking ceremonies and our love ones left us, we were being shouted at. My first taste of military life.
The first day was a hectic, as you are not used to the environment yet you got to do a lot of administrative work ie paper work, stock check, and whether the items issued to you were damaged so you can request for a replacement.

Our first dinner at the cookhouse was extremely hilarious. Why? My mates and I were busy eating our dinner, then suddenly, most of the ppl freezed themselves except for the fresh blooded recuits like us. We were like "HEY WAT HAPPEN? WHY EVERYBODY STOP MOVING? What THE FUCK JUST HAPPEN?" We too, locked all our movements as well without knowing what was going on. After finding out from our sergents, we realised that every 18 00h, there will be flag lowering ceremonies and we are not suppose to move around, stay attention. That was a unforgettable incident.
Everytime, we got to wake up at 05 00 in order to meet the wakey time of 05 30 and fall in by 05 45. But if you go down by 05 45, HA! See what the Sgt will do to you!
Wait to Rush, Rush to Wait... Never forget this sentence for those ppl who are going into the army.
My bunk is wonderful. My bed view is extremely breath taking as I am sleep near the window and with that, I am able to enjoy seaviews, stars, planes flying around, able to see the mainland's changi airport, SAF Jetty and Fast craft. Unlike the others, haha! Left turn will be buddy, right turn will be another buddy, look up will be Fan and ceiling.. *Grins*
Viper Company in BMTC School 2, Platoon 4 Section 2..

My platoon is the worst platoon in my company. Why? Not because i wanna discriminate in terms of highest education achieved, but seriously, those peeps have attitude problems and characteristic problems. Most of them are actually ITE, O levels, N levels or even Sec drop outs and PRIMARY SCHOOL DROP OUTS! Minority of us are actually diploma holders or even higher, therefore I had no problem communicating to them. Compared to the other platoons, they are much better in discipline and behaviour as most of them are dip holders. I've got no choice, but to mix around with them, fortunately i had no problem creating bonds. Just that we had some communication difficulty and I somehow dislike the way they managed things compare to dip holders. But oh well, I'll try my best to help them out.
Marching, the most crucial element in our military life. It displays how discipline and serious you are. But we were fucked alot of times by the SGT because some of them displayed bad attitudes to sgt by not marching properly or simply not bothered to do so. THEN... We were shouted and asked to march around the tracks or parade square.
Conflicts are inevitable. Even more difficult to avoid in my platoon. All the ex pai kia and gangsters, display fucked up attitudes and picking fights. I was involved once, but managed to resolve within 1 hour.
My sgts and platoon sgts as well as Platoon comm are very nice ppl. They are quite patience with us compared to other platoons. Maybe that is the reason why our behaviours are so *(#@#@(*@#&.
My sections have nice person in there. Terry, our section IC, followed by Tengku, our marching timer, Hao (Jun Hao), Argent (Ason), Cannon aka Da Pao or Gek Sai Kia - shit king (Ming Xiu), Shio Ba Zhang (Xiang Long, my buddy), Ang Gong aka tattoo (Idham), Kok/Tweety bird (Kok Leong, unofficial Food store IC), Xun (Yan Shun) and lastly Cabbage (Aaron Kobes). Most of us got nick names except terry and tengku. A very fun section to be. For mine? haha.. Z', Simple.

Basket, i look f***king fierce in this picture for my 11B
I love our CSM, aka Sergent major in our Company... The way he talks is so funny.
KNN CCB! You horrible Creature!
We mimic him and make fun of him alot. We just can't help it. LOL.
Book OUT BOOK OUT! HOHOHO!
Well, thats about it, I don't want to elaborate too detail else I will be charged for revealing SAF confidential information. You want to know, just msg me, give me a call or wait for my next book out to meet you online or personally.
Next week our sgt will be evolve from Angel to Devil. Wish me best of luck. Army is nevertheless fun.
Green Samurai serving the nation.
Signing out ppl! Ciao

Goodbye to the people around me
Once again, after so many complains by Sida aka Travis and Allan, I forced myself to sit infront of the computer to update this forgotten blog of mine. Well, today is the last day I am here sitting lazing around at home in Singapore as some of you know that I am leaving this place for good, evolve into a Green Samurai for Singapore. My life belongs to the SAF for the next 2 years with occasionally booking out to see my friends and family for one and a half day per week. But I am mentally prepared for this day to come many years ago.. Just yesterday, I parted with Terence (aka my mini boss) in Times Centre, Panpac Education. Terence is a great guy, even though he doesn't smile that often, he shared a lot of personal as well as work related stuff with me. I missed the days he drived me around in his Yellow Hyundai Getz and recommend good food around Ubi/Paya Lebar area. His favourite stall is the Hong Kong Steam Rice at Ubi Ave 1, which personally i love it! Been working in Panpac Education's Media department for like 4 and a half weeks Personally I feel that I learned alot not just technically, but spiritually and how I deal with people, talking to them, trying to explaining myself clearly about Terence's idea to our fellow collegues. The things Terence taught me were crucial and useful in my life. I feel grateful because he really took care of me these 4 and a half weeks even though he was like very busy. Ha! Busy = working for 7 days a week straight for like a month or two. This not only gave him health crisis, but also relationship/mental crisis too. I just hope that he'll take good care of his health and try to rest his mind for a few days without working. Not to forget that the Shinigamis i gave him will protect and bless him like a tailsman. May him be not so busy anymore so we can still go out and chill out sometimes... During these days, I bought myself a Zildjian A Custom Splash 8" cymbal. Which means my second step towards my dream set! You must be thinking what was the first step? Its my Yamaha drum stool. I took some pictures for this babe of mine and RIGHT NOW, i am going to show you. I know you won't drool right? This babe here completely add a whole new dimension to my drumming and added more characteristics to my style. I simply love playing her... *Grin* All of you should watch Pirate of the Carribean. Caught it with my sister just last sunday. Do not believe what the newspapers rated. I believe that Pirate is the most consistent series film i ever watched. The plot and music by Hans Zimmer and everything were awesome! I was able to forget temporary about my headache when i was watching it. This proves how wonderful this show is! In just a few more hours, I will be leaving my house, meeting new people, varies in characteristics. I just hope my friends and family will take good care of their healths therefore we will be able to have more fun, right? I am so going to miss the people around me and not to forget Terence for being such a wonderful Collegue/Uncle Sim/Ah pek/Brother/Boss/Iron Man (Chinese pronounce as Tie Ren which sounds like his english name)/Daddy and the nick names i gave to him goes on and on. One sentence to him " OUI Terence, that animation for the launch you make with my music must be SWEE SWEE HOR! TAKE CARE and STOP WORKING SO HARD!" To my Bro, Allan, "Brother, fierce fierce pass all the test in camp, Meet you again when WE book out in weekends and chill with Erdingers in our hands" To Mr Chan XIan Zhi, "Thanks once again for the Mini Katana and Samurai book. I'll see you and we'll chill again with Erdingers in our hands again!" To Ah Da aka travis, "OUi! Join me and xian zhi also! hahaha!" To Mandy, "Happy 17th bday, may you have fun with ACE aka China man!" To Jessica, "Stop fainting ald, AH PEK WILL BE BACK!" To More friends whom i can't think of at the moment "I'll be back to have fun with you guys, when the week ends!" To my family "Don't miss me, missing one person is very painful. Don't think about me, just take good care of your health then soon I'll be back to join you for dinner!" Thats all i guess, What a lengthy entry as if i am dying soon. PUI! NOW FOR SOME ADVERTISING. Do check out Xian zhi's blog which is over at the link section, OUCH!. Read up his Japan trip's entry, it is very entertaining and interesting as if you were there in the trip too. The next time I blog again will be holding a Green IC and status will be Green Samurai. Okie, off i go and take care. Z' Signing out!

There's someone in my head but it's not me.
Hello ppl.. I am back again to blog a whole new entry...
Alright, I finished my presentation on 15th of June and officially, I graduated, holding a Bachelor Degree in Recording Arts...
Presentation was pretty awful as all the waiting and weariness.. AH! Don't feel like talking about it. Sheesh!
After the presentation, I met Xian Zhi and headed down to the salon.. Guess what I DID?

But hey, I have no idea why my hair grows so fast!
During the waiting for enlistment, I am currently working for Panpac Education, which I rended my service last year.... I didn't expect that I will be working for the same company again.. Ah... Miss the place so much esp the Nasi Bryani!
That company's surrounding is still as beautiful as a year ago. However, sad to say, the company is moving after working for a week. The new place is shit.. Construction sites surrounding the office.. Argg...
Well, just a short update.. Too tired to continue..

I'll miss all these very much.
The paper holds their folded faces to the floor And every day the paper boy brings more.
And if the dam breaks open many years too soon And if there is no room upon the hill And if your head explodes with dark forebodings too I'll see you on the dark side of the moon.
You raise the blade, you make the change You re-arrange me 'til I'm sane. You lock the door And throw away the key There's someone in my head but it's not me
And if the cloud bursts, thunder in your ear You shout and no one seems to hear. And if the band you're in starts playing different tunes I'll see you on the dark side of the moon.
Phrases taken from Pink Floyd's Brain Damage
